The AdriaFootouring project (acronym for Adriatic Food and Tourism: Innovating smes) is part of the European programme IPA Adriatic  Cross - Border Cooperation Programme. It has involved 11 partners from Italy (Abruzzo, Emilia Romagna and Veneto), Albania, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Montenegro e Slovenia. It aims to promote the development of tools and services to encourage the growth and innovation skills of the existing and new born SMEs  involved in the tourism and agribusiness sectors.

Adria Incubator is a virtual space designed for new born and existing small and medium-sized enterprises operating in the tourism and agri-food area. The incubator aims to offer assistance and provide useful information in order to encourage and promote the development and realization of innovative ideas.

The aim is to share knowledge and information to create a synergic network where activate and support the Adriatic SMEs and start-up innovation process. Through its advisory services and the local team of experts that is participating in the project, Adria Incubator wants to be a laboratory in which to stimulate and guide the development of innovative ideas and provide business models to support the creation of innovative firms. A real tool for spreading the culture of innovation and a "bridge" between business and territory in the generation of its innovation process.
