- Art. 2 PURPOSE OF THE WEB SITE AND LIABILITY WAIVER
The purpose of this website is to improve public access to information about the activities and services to support innovation and business startups in the countries of the project partners relative to the tourism and agri-food sectors (info: www.adriafootouring.eu/ ).
The information provided are revised and updated. Therefore, any inaccuracy noticed will corrected by the manager. Although the Manager will strive to guarantee the accuracy of the information, he is not responsible for the information contained in the site.
- Art. 2.1 Consultancy
The contents of this site have been designed for an informative purpose, and should not be taken or considered consultancies. The transmission and receipt of the information is not by any means a professional partnership between consultants and applicant. The applicant must not act according to the information received from the service without requiring a professional advice first. Thus exempting from any liability the consultant and the web site responsible for any problems deriving from the consultancy received. The consultancy is free.
- Art. 2.2 Obligations of the consultant and manager of the site
The consultant and the manager of the site will grant the confidentiality of the information received during the supply of the service. Experts will act according to the rules set by their membership organizations.
- Article 3 PROCEDURE FOR THE PROVISION OF ONLINE CONSULTANCY
- Art. 3.1 Activities of the applicant
To get the service, the applicant will have to register and use the application form available in the counseling section "ADVICE" under "Ask the Expert", making sure to specify the country for which the request is submitted, the object of request itself, as well as the urgency level assigned to it.
- Art. 3.2 Submit a request for advice
After having sent the request for advice, the applicant will receive a confirmation email to the address previously provided. The request for advice will be sent to the Head of the Platform of the Incubator who will process the request supported by the experts of the geographical, technical and professional field to which the request for advice relates to.
- Art. 3.3 Professional response
The Manager will reply to the request within 15 working days since receipt of the request, and only to those requests considered suitable. An email confirmation will be sent to the applicant once the consultancy is sent. If a request cannot be taken over, the manager will inform the applicant about the impossibility of providing the advice required.
- Art. 4 RIGHTS OF INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
You have the right to consult, download and reproduce this information for personal purposes provided that the source is quoted, according to the provisions contained in the standard of 30 June 1994 on copyright and related rights.This authorization does not apply to those texts for which is expressly stated limitation of use. The reproduction and use of multimedia information (sound, images, software, etc.) always need prior authorization. The copyright and all related intellectual property rights regarding the content of the website belong to the Manager or its licensors.
